📅How do I book?
You can book using our mobile app (best for managing times) or simply call/WhatsApp. We’ll confirm availability and any details we need about your dog.
💷How much does it cost?
Pricing is listed on the home page. If you need something outside the standard options, message us and we’ll advise.
📍Which areas do you cover?
Stoke-on-Trent and nearby areas including Hanley, Stoke, Burslem, Tunstall, Longton, Fenton, Newcastle-under-Lyme, Trentham, Bentilee, Meir, Kidsgrove. Not sure about your location? Contact us and we’ll confirm.
🔑Do you need a key?
For home visits, we usually arrange a key handover. We’ll agree what’s most convenient (and safe) for you. If you have a lockbox, that can work too.
🐶Do you walk puppies or provide puppy visits?
Yes. Puppy visits are great for toilet breaks, feeding, play and gentle routine-building. If you’d like walks, we’ll follow your vet’s advice and your pup’s stage of development.
🧓What about senior dogs?
We offer senior care and calm, slower-paced walks/visits where needed. Just tell us your dog’s routine, mobility and any medication instructions.
🦴What happens during an enrichment session?
Enrichment sessions are structured activities that keep your dog engaged (sniff work, simple games, puzzles and calm training-style routines). We tailor it to your dog’s personality and energy level.
⏱️What if I’m running late or plans change?
Message us as soon as you can and we’ll do our best to adjust. For last-minute changes, calling is often quickest.
🌧️Do you walk in bad weather?
We’ll always prioritise safety. In heavy rain, ice or extreme heat, we may adjust the route/time or switch to a safer alternative (like a shorter walk + indoor enrichment), depending on your preference and your dog’s needs.
